ingredients
- 2 dl oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut (i.e. shredded)
- ½ dl shelled hemp seeds
- 3 dl vegan ”milk” – we used oat
- 1 heaped tbsp cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of ground up vanilla
- 1 tbsp honey (making it plant based) or maple sirup (making it vegan)
instructions
- Mix all ingredietns in a jar or container (we used a glass lunch box from the famous Swedish flat-pack furniture company).
- Make sure the consistency is like runny oatmeal – this will set during the night.
- Put on a lid and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
- Serve with seasonal fruits (citrus are in season right now), and some extra sprinkling of hemp and coconut. For those who like, pour some extra plant-based milk on top to make it extra creamy.
